감상지도를 위한 정악곡 내드름 고찰
판소리, 산조, 농악 등에서 악곡의 첫 시작에서 장단이나 박의 한배를 인지할 수 있는 부분 을 ‘내드름’이라 지칭하는데 이 용어는 주로 민속악에서 사용되어 왔다. 그러나 국악용어사 전에 ‘내드름을 통해 가락, 장단 등 악곡의 성격을 파악할 수 있다.’라고 정의하고 있어 어떤 음악에서든지 악곡을 처음 시작하는 가락을 내드름이라 명명할 수 있다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 내드름이라는 용어를 사용하지 않은 정악곡에서 내드름을 고찰하기 위해 교과서에 감상 제재곡으로 수록된 수제천, 대취타ㆍ취타, 영산회상, 가곡 등을 선정하여 각 악곡의 내 드름의 범위를 각 악곡의 초장 첫 장단을 내드름으로 보고, 그 특징을 고찰하여 감상의 기초 교육 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 그 결과 일정 박을 짚어주는 지휘자가 없는 전통 합주음악인 정악은 음악을 시작할 때 특 정 악기의 신호나 주선율 악기가 악곡의 첫 시작가락에서 제시하는 가락을 듣고 연주자들은 서로의 호흡에 맞추어 음악을 만들어 가는 특징이 있다. 정악곡의 연주자들은 같은 한배 호 흡으로 다른 악기와 조화를 이루어 음악을 만들어 가는데, 이는 우리 조상들의 배려와 소통 의 음악 향유 방법이라고 볼 수 있으며 우리의 고유한 음악적 특징이라는 것을 알 수 있었다.
A Study on the Naedeureum of Court Music for Teaching Music Appreciation
‘Naedeureum’ is a part that helps recognize the tempo of rhythms or beats at the beginning of a musical piece such as pansori, sanjo, and nongak. This term has been mostly used in folk music. However, as Dictionary of Korean Musical Terms defines that ‘through naedeureum, one can grasp the characteristics of a musical piece, such as melodies and rhythms,’ it is seen that a melody which begins a musical piece can be named naedeureum in any kind of music. To examine naedeureum in court music(正樂) that does not use the term ‘naedeureum’, the study selected Sujecheon, Chwita(Daechwita), Yeongsanhoesang and gagok in the textbooks for in-class music appreciation. It set the scope of naedeureum as the first jangdan of the first verse and reviewed its characteristics to provide basic educational materials for music appreciation. The result of the examination revealed that when the music starts in court music, traditional ensemble music without a conductor who indicates beats, performers make music responding to each other’s breathing after listening to a signal of a specific musical instrument or a melody introduced by the main melodic instrument at the first beginning melody. Performers of court music make music in harmony with other instruments through the breathing of the same tempo. This can be seen as a way for Korean ancestors to enjoy music through consideration and communication and as Korea’s unique musical characteristics.
