지역 연계 학교 국악교육 사례 탐색－초등학교와 교육지원청을 중심으로－
이 논문의 목적은 지역 연계 학교 국악교육 사례 탐색을 통해 지역 연계 학교 국악교육 활성화를 위한 시사점을 제시하는 것이다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 지역 연계 학교 예술 교육 관련 문헌과 자료들을 분석하고, 초등학교 교사 및 교육지원청 장학사를 대상으로 면담 조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 다음과 같은 시사점을 제시하였다. 첫째, 지역의 보유 자원 특성에 따른 차별적인 지원 방안이 마련되어야 한다. 둘째, 지역 내 학교 국악교육을 지원할 수 있는 협력 체계가 마련되어야 한다. 셋째, 교육과정 중심의 지역 연계 국악교육 프로그램 이 개발, 운영되어야 한다. 넷째, 교육과정 재구성 및 국악교육 역량 제고를 위한 교사 연수 가 강화되어야 한다. 다섯째, 국악을 통한 학생 참여 지역 축제가 운영되어야 한다. 여섯째, 학교 내외에 학교 예술교육에 대한 홍보가 활성화되어야 한다.
A Study on the Cases of Community-Linked Korean Music Education in Schools －Focusing on Elementary Schools and District Offices of Education－
The purpose of this study is to provide implications for the activation of community-linked Korean music education in schools by investigating its cases. To this end, the study analyzed literature and materials about community-linked arts education in schools and conducted an interview with teachers in elementary schools and school inspectors at district offices of education. The findings of the study provided the following implications: first, there should be differential support measures according to the characteristics of local resources; second, there should be a collaboration system to support Korean music education in schools within a local community; third, it is needed to develop and manage a curriculum-based community-linked Korean music education program; fourth, it is required to reinforce in-service training for teachers to reorganize the curriculum and increase the capabilities of Korean music education; fifth, there should be a local festival to encourage students’ participation through Korean music; and finally, promotions about art education in schools should be vitalized in and outside school.
