학생 국악오케스트라 사업의 성과 분석
본 연구는 학생 국악오케스트라 사업의 성과를 발달성과와 만족도의 두 가지 측면에서 분석하는 데 목적을 두었다. 지금까지 대부분의 선행연구에서 현황 및 효과성 분석에 머물렀다면 본 연구에서는 발달성과와 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 다중회귀분석 방법을 활용하였으며, 그 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국악오케스트라 운영 변수가 통제되기 전 읍면지역 학생들의 발달성과는 대도시에 비해 떨어지는 것으로 나타났지만 국악오케스트라 운영 변수들이 통제되면서 그 차이는 사라지게 되었다. 이는 읍면 지역이라도 국악오케스트라 사업이 운영만 된다면 소기의 성과를 내고 있음을 입증한다. 둘째, 전담조직은 학생들의 발달성과와 만족도를 높이는 데 유의미한 변수로 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교구 및 시설은 발달성과와 만족도 차이를 설명하는 핵심이라는 점이 파악되었다. 넷째, 학생들의 참여 연수가 1년 늘어날 때마다 발달성과가 0.0906점 높아지는 것으로 분석되었다. 다섯째, 교사의 사업 운영 경력이 1년씩 늘어날수록 학생들의 발달성과가 0.0634점 늘어난 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 학생 국악오케스트라 사업은 학생들의 발달성과와 만족도를 높이는 데 유익한 사업임을 파악할 수 있었다. 더불어 학생들의 발달성과와 만족도를 높이는 핵심 요인을 파악함으로써 학생 국악오케스트라 운영의 개선점을 추출하였다는 데 본 연구의 의미가 있다.
A Performance Analysis of the Student Gugak Orchestra Project
The objective of this study is to analyze the performance of the student Gugak orchestra project in terms of developmental outcomes and satisfaction. Most of the previous studies have analyzed the status and effectiveness of the project, but this study aims to analyze factors affecting developmental performance and satisfaction. To do this, multiple regression analysis was used. The findings of the study are as follows. Firstly, the developmental performance of the students in small towns and villages was inferior to that of the students in major cities when the management variables of the Gugak orchestra were not controlled. However, this difference disappeared as the management variables were controlled. This demonstrates that if the Gugak orchestra project is operated, desired outcomes can be achieved, even in rural areas. Secondly, the study showed that the dedicated organization had a significant effect on improving the developmental outcomes and satisfaction of the students. Thirdly, it was verified that teaching aids and facilities were the keys to explaining the differences of developmental outcomes and satisfaction. Fourthly, according to the analysis, the developmental outcomes increased by 0.0906 as the number of the student’s participation years increased. Lastly, the developmental outcomes of the students increased by 0.0634 as the number of the teachers’ business management years increased. Through this study, it is found that the student Gugak orchestra project is beneficial for improving the developmental outcomes and satisfaction of students. Also, it was meaningful in that the study identifies the areas of improvement for operating the student Gugak orchestra project through understanding the key factors that enhance the developmental outcomes and satisfaction of the students.
